HOW TO FIND US
The salon is situated within the beautiful surroundings of Clarke Hall Farm in Wakefield. We arre located just opposite Pinderfields General Hospital and close to the City Fields Development.

As you turn off the main road into Clarke Hall Farm you will take the first left into our car park.
At the far end of the carpark and converted barn you will see an archway, in between Butterfly Beauty & Frank Marketing. If you walk through the archway, we are situated in the courtyard at the other side of the arch. We are in unit 7, next door to Acorns Daycare.
As you turn off the main road into Clarke Hall Farm you will take the first left into our car park were you will find our allocated parking spaces.

We are located on the main bus route between Leeds & Wakefield and there is a bus stop right outside Clarke Hall Farm.
BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to make a booking with me at The Hair Retreat, please note that bookings are only accepted either in person at the salon, over the phone or via online booking. Bookings cannot be made through any social media platforms or messaging services.
Bookings are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. I highly recommend you book your appointments well in advance and keep at least 2 - 3 appointments ahead to ensure you get a regular appointment at a date and time that suits you.
If you are unable to find an appointment at a suitable date and time, utilize the waitlist feature on the online booking platform. My schedule is constantly changing, and the waitlist is checked daily. This ensures immediate notification if a space opens up.
In order to confirm and secure your booking i kindly ask you to provide your card details. Your card WILL NOT be charged at this point.Your card details are safe and stored securely using our bank grade PCI compliant payment partner Stripe and your card information cannot be viewed by me, ensuring that your data is fully protected.
The total cost for your appointment can be paid on the day of your appointment either by cash or card payment.
Your full name, email address & contact number will be required to secure your booking. If you have provided your email address you will be sent your booking confirmation via email.
As a courtesy, you will be sent an email reminder 3 days in advance of your booking. You will also be sent a reminder text 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can opt out of this service at any time, however if that leaves me unable to reach you, please understand that you are responsible to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid any late arrivals and cancellation fees
cancellation policy
Due to current demand, I adhere to tight schedule. Please aim to arrive at the salon no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time as your appointment cannot be started any earlier than the time you have booked, as I will have another client scheduled.
If you are going to be late for your appointment it would be greatly appreciated if you could give the salon a call on 01924 378110 to let me know that you're are going to be late.
If you are late by 15 minutes or more your appointment may have to be reduced or rescheduled if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
You can cancel your appointment through the booking confirmation email you will have received at the time of booking or by logging onto the online booking system using your mobile number. You can also cancel by telephone on 01924 378110
Email or social media cancellations WILL NOT be accepted as these are not constantly monitored and have a high probability of being missed, which could result in a late cancellation fee.
Appointments are reserved just for you and it is kindly requested that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment that you provide at least 48 hours notice. This helps me to manage all bookings more effectively and allows someone on the waiting list the opportunity to have an appointment.
The card held on file for you will only be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service you've booked should you choose to:
Cancel or reschedule your appointment with LESS than 48 HOURS notice.
If you move or cancel your appointment with MORE than 48 HOURS notice you will NOT be charged.
If you fail to show for your appointment you will be charged 50% of the booked service amount.
If you fail to pay the outstanding invoice you will NOT be able to make any future bookings until this invoice has been settled.
If at anytime due to unforeseen circumstances i am not able to honour your booking you will be notified as soon as possible via the contact information you have provided. I will always do my best to rearrange your appointment and you WILL NOT be charged any cancellation fees.
No shows & Repeated Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you repeatedly cancel or reschedule your appointments on numerous occasions, i reserve the right to refuse any future bookings as this leaves me unable to to manage bookings effectively and offer those appointments to clients who are on the waiting list.
